This new leadership role will oversee the continued evolution of Moran’s three management consulting practices: AI, Data & Analytics; ERP / SIS Transformation; and Strategic Digital Transformation & Leadership.
Hoffman brings 20+ years of experience to the role, including his prior tenure as the Country CIO at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Vietnam. Hoffman originally joined Moran to lead the firm’s new AI, Data & Analytics Practice, which was founded based on increasing client demand for expert support and guidance in this space. Under Hoffman’s leadership, the practice has grown by 150% annually since its launch in 2022, fueled by growing need across higher education to mitigate ERP data risks, improve data-driven decision making, establish effective data governance, define institutional data strategies, and more. Hoffman will continue to lead Moran’s AI, Data & Analytics Practice while guiding Moran’s Management Consulting function into a new era.
