His prior high-stakes career in 911 dispatch equips him with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Jim has over 20 years of experience (10 of them with Moran) working in higher education in the United States, Canada, and abroad. He specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution design, architecture, strategic planning, visions, and road-mapping, and leads the IAM Strategy Practice for Moran. Jim has personally worked with over 50 different colleges, universities, university systems, and teaching hospitals on IAM related projects.
